What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs,

blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and

format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Covid has put a damper on many people’s vacation plans. Spring break used to be something that college students everywhere looked forward to, but nowadays, enjoying a vacation is not as easy and fun as it used to be. International travel is incredibly tough, especially when it comes to certain countries. Each country has their own guidelines that visitors must follow, and some of them are a lot stricter than others. Some countries aren’t currently allowing visitors at all. And even when you can make it to certain countries, there are mandatory quarantine times and places that will be unavailable to you.

There can even be some trouble when traveling within the country. Different states have different guidelines and different infection rates. In some states, you can do just about anything you were able to before the pandemic, and in some states, large public gatherings are not exactly allowed. Many states still allow businesses to operate, but just under limited capacity. You will really need to choose wisely when deciding on a place to visit during this time. There are some places you will not be able to enjoy as much, but you might feel safer visiting. Other places could be lively and fun, but less regulation means a higher chance of contracting covid.

College students are tired of missing out on experiences due to covid and would like to enjoy college life like they normally would while still working to be safe. You should know that there are some great options out there for students who are looking to be safe during this covid crisis and also wanting to have a good time! It isn’t completely impossible. Check out this list of great covid vacations you can go on right now!

The Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a well known destination for its amazing views. People go to visit for any reason, even for spring break. The spring is actually the best time to visit the Grand Canyon during this covid crisis. It is a lot less crowded during the spring than it is in the summer. That makes the spring time a much safer time to visit. That means shorter lines and less crowded spaces. You and your companions can really take in the place without too much interruption.

When you visit the Grand Canyon during spring, the temperatures are a lot cooler. On average, you will deal with temperatures between 55 and 65 degrees. It's a nice, comfortable temperature that will make you comfortable while walking around the canyon.

A few things you can do on the canyon include hiking the Rim of the canyon, exploring below the rim, and watching ranger demonstrations that teach something about the canyon. You can take a helicopter tour that takes you to the floor of the canyon, and even ride down the Colorado river on a boat tour. You can even take a guided walking tour. There is so much a student can do at the canyon during this season.

Cape Cod

Cape Cod is a fun destination that is popular for summer vacations. Students can easily head over there during the spring time and really get to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. Chatham Village is one of the best destinations in Cape Cod. There is a gorgeous ocean that changes colors with the seasons and amazing shops to visit.

Cape Cod is a great place to relax on the beach. You’ll find over 40 miles of shoreline to lay out on all day and night. Lay out on the beach, play beach volleyball, or enjoy the feel of the water with your friends. The beautiful scenery around you will surely amplify your enjoyment of the place.

Aside from enjoying the beach, there are other excursions you can enjoy at Cape Cod. There will be opportunities to take a private charter out on the water. You can participate in whale watching on these charters with a public group or book the charter just for you and your friends. You can also take a cruise over to Monomoy Island to go sightseeing. You’ll see amazing animals like seals and different bird species.

New Orleans, nicknamed NOLA, is well known for its unique food, culture, and nightlife. This city’s residents share a mix of French, Spanish, Creole, and Cajun culture that is fascinating to learn about. The most popular location in New Orleans is the French Quarter. It is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city and is known for its old French and Spanish architecture leftover from a time when the area was controlled by those countries.

Bourbon Street, right in the French Quarter, is really famous for its restaurants and bars that serve amazing creole and cajun foods and stay open late at night. You’ll get to try their famous gumbo, jambalaya, and even their crawfish! You can even catch live music in NOLA during any day of the week. This isn’t a place that is lively only during the weekends. You can have a blast in NOLA all week long.

There are plenty of outdoor activities that you can do in NOLA as well. When you visit, you’ll find that there are many parks, bodies of water, and outdoor spaces to spend time in. You can go kayaking, paddle boarding, and even take a ride on a steamboat. You can enjoy a picnic in the park and even enjoy your restaurant meals in their outdoor seating areas.

Lake Tahoe, CA

Lake Tahoe is a great destination to visit because of all of the activities that are available to those who visit. It is not the most popular destination for spring break, and that is something that makes it perfect for travel right now in the midst of Covid. When you visit Lake Tahoe, you’ll get to do many things that aren’t the usual for spring breakers, which makes it a very unique place to visit!

During the months of March and April, Lake Tahoe sits around 50 degrees on average. The weather often fluctuates. Sometimes it's cold and other times it is warm and sunny. The weather isn’t very predictable. Those may not be ideal temperatures for laying out on the beach, but Lake Tahoe is ideal for many other fun outdoor excursions.

One fun thing you can do at Lake Tahoe is to enjoy the snowy mountains. You can go snowboarding or skiing. You can have fun on the slopes whether you are a beginner or an expert. There are many mountains to choose from, and you can pick out the one that works best for you. Northstar is a mountain that caters more to the beginners because the slopes are not as challenging, Kirkwood also offers beginner friendly trails along with some advanced terrain, and Heavenly has the most advanced terrain.

Key West is a great covid vacation destination right now because it is not as popular a destination as Miami or South Beach. It is a beautiful beach that gives you a tropical feel without being as crowded as certain destinations are. The island’s scenery is lovely and there are so many fun things to do. It is a laid back place with a party friendly atmosphere. It is a great way to enjoy an island destination without actually leaving the country. Although Key West is closer to Cuba than to Miami, it is still convenient to visit because you don’t need a passport to go there.

When you’re in Key West, you can spend a lot of time laying out on the beach, or you can enjoy your time enjoying live music and attending fun parties. Street performers of all kinds spend their days providing free entertainment out in the streets. This all brings about a fun atmosphere that makes everyone eager to enjoy their time on the beach.

If you are into diving, Key West offers the perfect opportunities for it. It has been voted as the best place for diving in the entire state of Florida. Underneath the water’s surface, you’ll find shipwrecks along with colorful coral reefs. This is not a sight that you will get to see elsewhere!

San Juan has awesome beaches for you to lay out on as well as fun and amazing waves. If you are a surfer, some of the waves you can ride in this destination will be unmatched. On top of that, you get to enjoy Puerto Rico’s cuisine. Their food is exciting and full of flavor. Savannah makes a great covid vacation because it is a city that has a lot to offer, but will not be crowded with too many visitors. This city has amazing weather during the springtime, and there is more than enough to do both indoors and outdoors! One of the best things about Savannah is the local arts scene. The city is filled with old Spanish style architecture and cobblestone roads. This serves as great inspiration for local artists who turn the city’s streets into the canvas.

Depending on when you go to Savannah, you will encounter different kinds of festivals. This city loves to celebrate its culture! You’ll find arts festivals and food festivals at different times of the year. Students and professional artists alike get to display their art on the streets during many of these festival celebrations.
